The Event Format
On March 27th 2027, you'll have the opportunity to join Fergus and the OMNIA Team in Scotland for the ultimate Hybrid challenge.
The day is split into two elements:
Morning - Max Strength. Deadlift commences at 9am in a dedicated deadlift zone. You'll work up to your 1RM.
Afternoon - Max Endurance. The 6-hour run commences at 12:30pm around the East Fortune circuit.
How is the winner decided?
Every participant receives two rankings:
Deadlift - ranked by weight lifted. Heaviest lift = rank 1.
Run - ranked by distance covered. Furthest distance = rank 1.
Your overall score is your two rankings combined. The lowest combined score wins. In the event of a tie, the winner is decided by a fastest lap decider.
Separate male and female categories.

The location
East Fortune Race Circuit, Scotland - approximately 20 miles east of Edinburgh in the East Lothian countryside. The circuit sits on the historic East Fortune airfield.
A unique venue built for speed, endurance and competition.
The deadlift area will host the deadlift challenge.
The 2.3km circuit will be your run track.

On-Course Support
Aid stations will be positioned around the circuit, with the main aid station located at the central event area. With the loop format, you'll pass through the main area on every lap.
Getting There
By car - free on-site parking available. Please consider car sharing with other competitors and spectators where possible.
By train - trains run every 30 minutes from Edinburgh Waverley to nearby Drem station.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome and can attend for free.
