Bespoke 1:1 coaching designed to help you make real progress across strength, endurance, and performance. Work directly with our coaching team and know that you are on track to achieve your goals.
OMNIA 1:1 Coaching is online coaching with a dedicated OMNIA coach who becomes your partner in building genuine capability.
Your coach watches your progress, adjusts your training based on how you're responding, and solves the problems that come up along the way.
Our 1:1 Athletes come to us with different goals - some are chasing a sub-5 minute mile and a 500lb deadlift on the same day, others are working toward their first 10K as a hybrid athlete.
But they all want the same thing:
To be stronger, faster, more resilient and ready for whatever physical challenge life throws at them.
Work directly with your coach to have bespoke training built around your goals, lifestyle, and recovery needs.
Get tailored fuelling strategies, messaging access, and quarterly strategy calls to review and ensure your nutrition is aligned with your performance.
Regular strategy sessions to stay accountable, review progress, and stay on track towards your goals. You'll also have daily access to your coach for questions, support, and schedule changes.
Access to a private group of driven athletes pushing each other further - motivation and support on tap. Our Athlete Hub also includes monthly webinars and guest speakers.
"This week was massive for me. I hit a long term goal in deadlift at 240kg - a 5kg PB at almost 15kg lighter than when I last hit my PB. I ran my fastest ever mile, my second fastest 5km, and my fastest 10km"
- Ethan
OMNIA Athlete
"Omnia has been a game changer! I’ve made more progress in the last two years than in the previous ten. It’s taken me from spinning my wheels to running 100 miles and pushing beyond what I ever thought possible. No hype, no ego, just people who get it."
- Sean
OMNIA Athlete
"With just 4 weeks from my first ultramarathon to the marathon, I had my work cut out. I worked closely with Head Coach James - my fitness had never been better. I got 3:34 last year at Edinburgh marathon and last Sunday I ran a 3:10 marathon.
The crazy thing was, I believe I had a little more in the tank"
Ben Frisby

HEAD COACH
James is responsible for ensuring our athletes feel capable in every part of their life. He brings structure, strategy, and zero fluff to their programming and coaching. If something's not useful, it doesn't go in the plan. If it adds noise, it gets cut. The best part of his job is seeing the switch flip in an athlete to go from "I hope I can" to "I know I will".
